We were recently made aware of a bug that prevented the installation of Chk-Back.
An update to the software that was released recently managed to create a scenario whereby the installation manifest was added as a new package rather than an update. This caused the installer to check the wrong location and resulted in an error.
This issue has now been resolved and all Chk-Back installations should work just fine on all Windows platforms.
