• Cloning of all media prior to recovering data
• Free interactive File Listing for authentication of recovered data
• Secure storage for 10 working days following the return to you

Standard Data Recovery Service

Our standard Data Recovery offering fits into scenarios where cost is the major concern or where time is not critical.  The service normally takes between 4 and 7 days from receipt to return of the drive. Standard features of this service include:

• Our best priced data recovery service
• Portal based updates at each stage of the process
• Email and telephone support
• Free Transfer to return media (not supplied)

Emergency Data Recovery Service 

When time is critical for recovery, TRC offer an emergency Data Recovery Service.  This service places your device to the top of the queue and benefits from the following:

• Accelerated recovery service normally completed within 24 hours
• Dedicated technical support number for each case
• Free transfer and inclusive return media (return media can vary, details are available on request)

Please Note: All recoveries are different and not all devices are as healthy as others, the standard service time is very much dependent upon the state of your individual hard disk drive.  The diagnostic of your hard drive should indicate whether any extra time will be needed for a successful recovery.
