Tracking of your clients' cases is of paramount importance and TRC have gone to great lengths to make sure that the ability for our clients and partners to do this, is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our online portal system is a completely web based database that allows you to monitor your cases through each stage of the data recovery process.
Upon requesting a quote for the first time with us, you will be provided with a unique login. This login will be used for each and every case that you send to us, with a unique reference number assigned to each quote.
To make the process of updating as seemless as possible, the TRC Data Recovery Portal now supports updates by both email and SMS (major updates and complex information will still always be provided by telephone where possible). The user control panel also allows you to turn off either email updates, SMS updates or both.
In our latest update we have added support for the reference and tracking numbers that are used by our clients. This way you need not worry about the reference number that we allocate to you, instead just type your own case reference into our search field and you will get full access to the correct case.
We are always interested to hear about ways in which our clients and partners see that we can improve our system. We never like to sit still with what we have and so encourage feedback on any aspect of the portal system, or indeed, any of our systems.
